1. Operator and agreement
FurnishMatch is operated by Quanzhou Taiyi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (泉州太一网络科技有限公司). By accessing or using FurnishMatch, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FurnishMatch. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for you. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
3. The current service
FurnishMatch provides AI-assisted or automated room analysis, design direction, furniture discovery, recommendation explanations, and optional room previews. Some development or demonstration environments may use mock data or demo previews. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable without notice.
4. Accounts, sessions, and credits
You are responsible for activity associated with your account, guest session, device, and contact information. Do not share access tokens or attempt to bypass usage, credit, fraud-prevention, or eligibility controls. Credits or feature allowances shown by the current service are usage controls, not money, stored value, or a promise of future paid service.
5. Your photos and other content
You retain any rights you already have in content you submit. You must own the content or have all permissions needed to upload and process it, including permission from people whose personal information or private space appears in a photo.
You grant FurnishMatch and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, analyze, and display submitted content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service you request, enforce these terms, and meet legal obligations. This license ends when the content is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention, security records, and backups.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use FurnishMatch to:
- Upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
- Submit content you do not have the right to process, or impersonate another person.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits except where applicable law clearly permits it.
- Introduce malware, automate abusive requests, manipulate referral or credit systems, or interfere with another user.
- Use outputs to make unlawful decisions or represent an AI preview as verified evidence of a product, property, or professional conclusion.
7. AI output and room previews
Automated analysis, recommendations, product matches, and previews can be incomplete, inaccurate, or visually misleading. A preview may not reproduce an actual product, material, color, scale, lighting condition, placement, or installation. FurnishMatch does not guarantee that a recommendation is suitable, safe, available, or compatible with your room.
8. Product information and third-party links
Before buying, independently confirm room dimensions, doorways and delivery paths, product measurements, materials, color, assembly, installation, safety requirements, price, tax, delivery cost, availability, and the seller's terms. Product information can change or contain errors.
FurnishMatch currently does not process furniture payments, orders, delivery, returns, or refunds. A link to an independent merchant is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Your transaction and any dispute with that merchant are governed by the merchant's terms and policies.
9. FurnishMatch intellectual property
The service, brand, software, interface, original text, and other FurnishMatch materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you or grant a right to use our trademarks except as necessary to identify the service.
10. Suspension and changes
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, maintain the service, or enforce these terms. We may update the service or these terms. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurnishMatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurnishMatch and its operators, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service, AI output, product information, or a third-party merchant. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
